[K3CAL] Re-elect Repeater Committee

>From a fairness and equal opportunity point of view, it seems that the plans for the existing repeater project has been unnecessarily sidelined starting in January.  And this Committee seems to be the real point of contention at the moment.  I doubt the published list set out in the Secretary's minutes after the January meeting is legitimate (because it should have been reported as only new volunteers to the Committee, instead of being the full Committee membership as written, secondly, I don't remember ever voting to confirm the Committee membership at the January meeting or ever thereafter.)  We were making good progress on the Prince Frederick repeater project thanks to our two former presidents and a select few others, and we all raised the money for it.  I strongly recommend that ASAP the Repeater Committee be restored as it was in December.  Then that the members at large have a chance to nominate others for membership, then that the new 2016 new list of nominees be submitted to the members at large for a vote (which has not yet happened for 2016).  The Committee should then elect its chairperson by majority vote.  The number of members can be as large as you want to make it.   And lets get on with it.  We basically have to redo what should have been done as we started the new year.
