[K3CAL] January Meeting Minutes - REV 5!!!

Many of the members, including myself, have been engaging in a round 
robin discussion of their interpretation of the by-laws. Because this is 
such an important issue, where we need to reach agreement, I have 
decided to make the discussion of the by-laws and the constitution the 
main order of business at the next general meeting on February 4th.

We need to table this discussion through e-mail now. The last version of 
the minutes sent by Ron Byzet this morning. on January 28th, are the 
final official version for January.

Please bring your written thoughts and comments to the February 4th 
meeting. Your written comments are not for publication, but just to keep 
us on track during the meeting.

I very much appreciate your passion in keeping CARA on the right track.
