[K3CAL] CARA-owned equipment and upcoming hamfests

As previously stated, both meetings happen before either event I fail to 
understand the problem here. What I said could not be done was a member 
calling for a binding vote on the reflector. I think that if we have a 
list/ pictures of the stuff at the meetings for a club member to look at 
during the meeting they can buy a piece, otherwise it will go to open 
sale (hamfests). We did NOT vote on a specific way to dispose, ebay and 
eham are also possible down the road.
