[K3CAL] CARA-owned equipment and upcoming hamfests

I agree I can't remember a vote to sell the stuff at St. Mary's exclusively. I think the members had enough time to buy the equipment. As I remember Dave saying "if nobody takes it I will throw it away, I ain't taking it back." Monica's solution is fair and offers two chances to sell the equipment. If we can't sell then it's back to Dave :-) .

It seems obvious that we need a parliamentarian to interpret our bylaws.
