[K3CAL] information for Cara members

Hi all

This is brought to my attention thought I should share it with the members.
Sometimes we are getting interference from another repeater up north in
Pennsylvania.

This is the repeater that comes down here as well as ours going up there so
I thought I would share with you guys that they just improved their repeater
status.
