[K3CAL] 70cm repeater

Today we connected the repeater at the Prince Frederick tower. At this time
we have not tuned the system and the output from the duplexer is 11 watts,
we just transplanted the equipment. We still would like to know if you can
use it. Please try it when you can.

A big thanks to Jim K3UGA, Chip K3AWD and Dave W3PQS for spend the morning
and part of the afternoon getting this running. Jim ran the grounds so the
equipment is safe
