Sounds like you had a productive meeting.  It was unfortunate that we didn't 
get back in time to participate.

Amanda (KI4IWS) says she's volunteering to wrangle the food and will be 
sending out something later today/this week, if that's acceptable.

One thought on the checklist: instead of listing antennas, radios, and 
accessories separately it would probably be good to start building stations, 
meaning put together a list of equipment that will need to go together.

etc

In that way we can all see what goes together and can also more easily see 
what we're missing.
