[K3CAL] Weather SAME alerts and club repeater

It wouldn't actually have to be attached to the repeater, would it? We 
could attach it to a stand alone radio like an ft-2900 that transmits on 
the repeater input frequency. From what I saw on the web page listed, it 
seems that all that's required is transmitter audio and a ptt input.
