Yeah, I've seen this on other repeaters and once supported a repeater that had 
this functionality.  There is a pretty slick SAME WX receiver that interfaces 
with a specific repeater controller that makes this all very easy.  I can't 
quite remember which controller does this, though.

It's pretty slick and I think it would be an excellent addition to the 
repeater.
