Dear Jim,

I am so sorry to hear about the accident!  And what a mess with the 
uninstall and reinstall.  But at least you're getting the car back. When 
the drunk hit me and Mr. Ed on Dares Beach Road on Christmas Eve of 
2010, Geico decided to uninstall our car permanently.  I STILL miss that 
car.  And then I uninstalled Geico because the drunk had Geico also.  
And I had to get a lawyer to help me clean up the mess.

And another reason insurance rates are so ridiculous is that Maryland 
insurers don't want to mention the work "drunk" with their clients.  
Talk about turning a blind eye.

Best of luck on the clean up.  I hope you weren't injured in any way.
