[K3CAL] new repeater info

What I get out of this is once the repeater is set for the AUTO MODE it will accept Digital or Analog input and send both Digital and Analog out.

Bob, how does an analog user know when a digital QSO is going on?  ( Unless one opens the tone squelch.). Or, if you only have tone on transmit, but normal squelch on receive, do you hear data tones?  I guess we will find out during testing.  73,

  Bob, thanks for the info.  The details of the modulation scheme reminds me of reading NASA specs!  At the current prices of the FM / Digital HT and mobile radios, most of our retired guys may not be able to afford new radios.  I know I can't right now.  (Reminds me of AM vs. SSB in the really early days on VHF!)
