[K3CAL] Too Many Doctors, Scientists and Engineers

I cant see the picture on the iPad.  I'm not sure what the video was trying to point out...it was a research video..ill see if I can get a link on it.   But, I think one may infer that if we have the infrastructure and they dont...but they have the skills and we don't....they will obviously come here and be hired.   The video had some interesting information I think to just make you think.
