[K3CAL] Cyclist Event ARRL cost report

All, this is the final copy of what was sent in to ARRL for our little
Cystic Fibrosis event we had Oct. 22, 2011. The hours assigned to
individuals may not look what some individuals may have donated. I assigned
8 and 12 hour periods to make it easier for a total count; if any 8 hour
volunteer may feel they need more time I apologize. Next time if I am
assigned this task I will ask all as to the total time spent and add up
accordingly.

 

As pointed out to me by our leader; the ARRL form 157 is an on-line doc to
fill out and does not have a lot of room for specific details. The
worksheets you see are somewhat more detailed than what's online. If you

Keeping up with all this reporting and forms to fill out can be a fulltime
adventure the more I see the more I wonder have any of it was done!!!! 

 

We do owe a Special Thanks to Dennis N3QHC, and Les N3YR, for keeping this
current for so many years. Its' no wonder they tired and need a break.

 

Not to mention all those others who did so much to get things organized; I
don't feel qualified to individually name  them as I am so new, I would not
want to leave anyone out....the list well expands the email bounce list. It
makes me proud that the club has new blood to keep things going and that the
older members are getting more active again.

 

I certainly do not agree with the statement made by some;  This Club is NOT
Dead , we only had the flu!
