[JRC] JST-245 with PSU fault

Hello All,

I recently obtained a couple of JST-245s one working and the other with a PSU fault.
I don't suppose anyone has any ideas as to what is likely to have gone  wrong! There 
appears to be no cct diagram for the PSU in the user manual I have.

I would also like to get hold of a service manual for this radio and some CW filters.
Does anyone know of a source of suitable filters either JRC or other makes?
