[JRC] Help Frequency Shift on JST245

I have just purchased a nice JRC JST245 Transceiver. I have noticed that
sometimes the frequency jumps 300Hzs.
For example if I am listing to 14. 260.00. It will jumps to 14.259.70. I
then retune and in a few minutes it jumps back to 14.260.00.
After an hour or so, it stops doing this. The problem seems to be
electrical. I can not induce the problem by bumping or jarring the case.
Also, I have never noticed this problem when I am on 40 or 80 meters LSB.
Only on the higher bands USB. Any ideas?
Does Universal Radio still service these transceivers.
