[Johnson] Viking Ranger VFO Problems/Access

Thanks to all who responded. I think a big disaster has been averted in both the 
Ranger and Navigator. As soon as I get the appropriate resistors I will change out 
R3. The reason I was wanting to get more into the VFO was to ck out some of the 
solder joints and other resistors. Since it was working ok, except for the drift, I will 
be happy with just the R3 change (assuming no other VFO problems crop up).
