[Johnson] EFJ spark gap

Restoration of my Johnson 500 is coming along well, and I'm looking to 
replicate the spark gap (GAP 301) that protects the modulation 
transformer.  I've got a pretty good idea of how to make one, but would 
like to see how EFJ did it.   I don't know if they sold this as a 
component but haven't found it in any old catalogs yet, so if anyone 
might have a pic of one I'd appreciate having a look, even though my 
transformer is not original.
