[Johnson] Invader Switch

Has anyone come up with an elegant method turning off the AC on an 
Invader without using the operating switch.  Since the AC on VFO heater 
resistor is always on even when the operates switch is in the off 
position just using an outlet strip to turn off the AC will also turn 
off the heater.  I would like to find a method that would not involve a 
lot of rewiring.
