[Johnson] Meter Prayers Have Been Answered

Thanks, guys, for the unbelievably fast followup on my Thunderbolt meter  
saga!  K7IRK came to the rescue and looks like he will get me over the  hump.
 
I have always liked the older Johnson gear...as a kid, of course could  
never afford them.  But am now restoring a Desk KW, the Thunderbolt (for a  
lonesome CE-20A) and a Ranger.  I'll send pictures when done.

PS,  Don't forget the Wes Schum W9DYV Boatanchor Field Day later this  
month.  Bob Heil and others will there.  Hope to work you guys on  FD around the 
vintage sideband net freq. or if you can make it up, please drive  to 
Jonesborough, TN and enjoy a vintage field day.  Last time we did  this, we had 
an impromptu generator carb rebuild, a pesky Matchbox antenna  relay and an 
emergency CE 200V power supply rebuild taking place at  various time the 
middle of a lush, green pasture.  Yet we were  rewarded by excellent cool 
weather, great food and good DX at nite on  20M....
