[Johnson] Thunderbolt HV Meter Wanted

The Valiant, Pacemaker, 500, and 6N2 Thunderbolt all used the same type
of meter so you might be able to use one of those. You would have to
verify if full scale current reading is compatible with one of these
meters and/or diddle with the meter shunt.
