[Johnson] Valiant parts change, factory?

Curious. Is this a factory wired unit or a kit? If the tube sockets are riveted in place, it was factory wired as kits were supplied with screws/nuts.
Take a look at a Valiant II schematic, maybe this was a seemingly undocumented late production change.

Subject: [Johnson] Valiant parts change, factory?
I picked up another Viking Valiant I this past week for a decent price and finally got around to taking off the cabinet, thinking I was going to have to change out all the electro caps, etc.... NOPE....already done... whomever did it, did a very professional job. Both sides of the chassis are super clean, just like brand new from the factory. The finals were changed out to 6146B's with plain 6146 for the modulators and the 866A's replaced with 3B28's.. I did remove the SSB SO-239 and added a fuse block there and replaced the 2 cond to 3 cond power cord. Gettting 125 watts output with this TX on AM.
Anyway, comparing it to my other Valiant and also the manual, the fixed input tank caps, i.e. 150pf and 350pf were a different arrangement comparing the 2. My other one has 2x2 configuration (150x2 in parallel and then another parallel set in series, like the schematic shows) The new one I got has it as a 3x3 (3 in parallel with 2 additional parallel sets in series). Kinda wonder if they did that due to breakdown of the older 2x2 scheme? They are still using the 150pf and 350pf Mica caps as before.
Anyway, just curious to see if anyone else had see this change. This looks like a factory change, not an add on later by someone else.
