I have to work on my driver section of the 2000. I was getting reports
of distortion on my signal and now I have no output at all from the 200
section. Looking at the schematics, it appears as if I can disable the
HV by removing the fuses in the HV transformer primary and then remove
the filament and screen voltages from the 4-400's by unplugging the
cable that goes the J203. This will completely disable the amp section
but leave power on the 200, leaving me free to work on it.
Am I correct?

There are two possible outcomes: if the result confirms the hypothesis, then you've made a measurement.
If the result is contrary to the hypothesis, then you've made a discovery.
