[Johnson] Ranger VFO chirp on 40 Meters

I got mine as clean as a whistle on 40 by adjusting the mechanical linkage so 
that it used the 160m vfo coil for 40, ie it only clicks over to the 40m coil 
for 20m and above, there is still plenty of drive on 40m.

I must confess that when I mentioned how I'd overcome the problem on this 
forum I received a stern lecture from another forum contributor but hey, it 
works fine and is perfectly chirp free, and it's not a permanent mod, can 
always adjust it back again, no harm done.
