[Johnson] Ranger VFO chirp on 40 Meters

Guys.....they chirp less if installed in the cabinet....so try that if not.

Thank you Harry,

I'll check all of those things when I get back into mine. As for the
shielding integrity I have already been there. It was bad and it did reduce
the problems. Some of the screws and nuts were even missing! But the 40
meter VFO is still godawful!
