[Johnson] Ranger VFO chirp on 40 Meters

I'll continue to post this until it fixes someone else's problem.

Originally my problem was a lack of grid drive on 80 meters. This was
largely corrected by replacing R8 (R6 on another schematic), the V3
screen grid resistor, which had migrated to almost twice its original
value. I was left with a horrible chirp.

Eventually, I found that R9, which is on the bandswitch and hidden by
the shield under the chassis, was cooked and split. It looked ok until
the shield was removed. I had checked this resistor off my list but must
have just looked at it from outside. I suppose this resistor had failed
because of the R8 problem.

The Ranger now has the most beautiful sounding tone which looks nearly
perfect on the SB-610.
