I no longer worry about TVI because everyone here has gone to cable TV, 
plus the fact that VHF, especially low band VHF TV, is quickly dying. 
Even stations that still promote themselves as "WXXX 3", for example. 
are probably on UHF. It's a complete reversal of the old standard idea 
that channels 2-6 were the most desirable.
