With the conversion of OTA broadcast to digital and subsequent frequency
shuffling, are the 'old school' TVI problems relevant anymore from an
interference perspective?

This is a separate discussion from a station just generating RFI and its
elimination...

I did the 829B mod a few decades ago and ended up going back to the 4D32
because I could not stop the parasitic oscillation the wiped out TVs for
several blocks.  Be sure to check if you plan to make this sub.
