[Johnson] Johnson T-R Switch Receiver muting

In the old days the operator was not too lazy to use the Send-Receive switch
on the receivers front panel. Now they need to be spoon fed.
The TR switch is simply replacing the noisy and erratic Dow Key or similar
relay which, if I remember correctly, did not have the optional external
contacts when first available.
