[Johnson] Kit wiring instructions for Johnson Valiant

I also mounted a new resistor external to the VFO enclosure on my Ranger
several years ago and did not see any VFO stability issues. When and if I
ever get around to curing my Valiant problems, the plan is to use the
same resistor strategy.
