[Johnson] Rear 120VAC Connector on Johnson Transmitter

[WA5VGO]

Remove the crystal socket and replace it with two Johnson panel mount 
pin jacks. They fit the existing holes perfectly. Use two Johnson pin 
plugs to mate with the new jacks.
