AES does (or at least used to) sell two such interstage transformers.  
One has the same size and mounting holes as the original.  The other  
is a bit bigger and is less likely to not fail and more likely to give  
"better" audio if you change the interstage caps and the like (See The  
Timtron's mods on The AM Window).  For the larger transformer, you may  
wind up drilling one hole to accomodate the larger frame, or making a  
small bar the size of the new transformer foot print and mounting it  
to that and mounting the bar to the chassis - all with flat head screws.

Hammond has a fine reputation.  They make the 600 ohm - to - voice  
coil transformer that AES offers. It's a very good unit.
