[Johnson] Johnson knobs

Hello all,
	I'm looking for three Johnson knobs with (or missing) the small 
white inserts.  I have the knobs that have no indicator on then and 
would like to replace these with the insert/knobs.  As a last resort 
I'll try to drill holes and then install the white inserts but would 
rather trade/buy the insert type.  Any help out there would be appreciated.
