First of all thanks to all those who offered help, the people on this list
are a terrific resource.

One suggestion was to check C32, the 50 uuF silver mica coupling capacitor
that goes from the multiplier to the final. It checked out for capacitance
and value but looked rough, more importantly the end that goes to L6B was
sort of mechanically fastened to the terminal but not soldered. The cap was
replaced and properly soldered in.

Another suggestion said the ceramic caps can be a problem, again the ones I
checked were OK for value and leakage, but the screen and plate bypass caps
were replaced anyway.

Things are better but not perfect, at lest on 80 meters the final dips
correctly, but the plate current isn't reading right, at the dip the reading
is the same as idle current, around 40 ma. (Same plate current indication in
CW key up or down.) The wattmeter indicates a solid 50 watts output key
down and no output key up so there's got to be a problem with the meter
circuitry. It's probably possible to get more output but without an
accurate indication of plate current I'm hesitant to do that.

Initially many connections to SW3, the meter switch, and SW4, the function
switch, had to be corrected. So that's where I'll look first.

Again suggestions/observations will be welcomed.
