[Johnson] Ranger I

Added a Ranger I and HQ-180 to the herd here this week.  Ranger cabinet has
three holes in the top for VFO alignment.  Arggggggggggggggggg.  What is the
resistor in the VFO that should be replaced?  Does it reduce the heat?  Any
unmodified cabinets available?  Is there a fix for repairing LARGE holes in
the ventilated top?
