You likely mean the two pin ceramic socket on the back skirt - 

Use a defunct or useless HC-6 crystal.  Unsolder the thing with a moderate to big solder iron, make a hole in the flat top for the wire, junk the crystal itself and solder the wires to the pins.  Then put silicone RTV if you like inside the thing to hold the wire, and re-solder it shut.  Epoxy works well, too.
