[Johnson] Pacemaker

I have a Pacemaker with 20K - 10 watt dropping resistors in the high voltage supply.  There are three of them.  The schematic calls for 15K - 10 watt resistors.  There is no doubt in my mind that the 20K resistors are factory installed.  What appreciable difference would the 15K resistors make?
