Rodger,

All too common ... but ... there is an easy solution even thought  
"originals" are unobainium. Simply get yourself fan from W. W.  
Grainer, part #4M249. Mounting requires a couple of little "adapter"  
plates which are easy to make. See here for a photo of the installation:
