[Johnson] Loose meter glass

It might be wise to avoid using "superglue" to attach the glass to the 
inside of the meter case.  I did this recently, reassembled the meter, 
and came back later to find the glass strangely "fogged" in the corners 
where I'd used the drops of glue.  Must have been a chemical that came 
out of the curing glue.
