[Johnson] Paint Overcoat

Since epoxy by definition is a 2 part process, I wonder ( doubt?) if it 
is available in a rattle can.

A clear coat is OK if its never scratched thru to the base coat. 
Otherwise it has to be all stripped off before repainting/touch-up.
