[Johnson] White Knob Marker for Johnson Knobs

I've used this stuff before for other repairs and it's great stuff.  It cuts
easily and a drop of cement should ensure it stays in the knob.

After the knob is installed how far from the panel is the white marker?  I
am also assuming the outer end of the white marker is cut at an angle to
correspond with the panel?
