[Johnson] Ranger CW chirp

Double check the OA2 and 6AU6 tubes in the VFO. You
might as well check that 18k resistor while your at it
(just in case it decided to increase in R after all
these years). Be sure to check the power supply too. I
put a stiff 100 uF 450 VDC cap on the l.v. power
supply.
