[Johnson] Thunderbolt and Valiant

I use my 756 PRO II to drive either my Johnson Thunderbolt and or my
Johnson 6N2 Thunderbolt. You can crank the output power of the PRO down
to a few watts. The Thunderbolts work great on either SSB or AM and you
don't have to diddle with attenuator type pads. I've used my Ranger with
the T-bolt after modifying the Ranger to have a variable screen voltage
control for the output tube.
