You can remove contacts from another switch by very
carefully drilling out the rivits.  Then do the same
thing with the bad contacts.  Sometimes you can use
needle nose pliers to break off the bad contact and
then use some small wire cutters to cut off the rivit.
 Use very small machine screws (you can get these and
matching nuts from an optician, mall optical 1 hour
place, etc.) to attach the "new" contacts to the old
switch.
