[Johnson] JV II Safety

My sparking 6146's have reminded me of the need for safety. In my
case this is particularly important as I have an exposed JV II on my
desk and small children in the house.

What is the best way to discharge all high voltage in this rig? Right
now I have a grounded screwdriver which I touch to the large (oil
filled) cap terminals. I also touch it to the large electrolytics
which replaced the large paper caps.

Is this enough?

Of course it is always unplugged unless I am there.

Rich
