[Johnson] Push to talk mod relay for Johnson Ranger

I use a voltage doubler off the 6.3VAC filament line to power a 12VDC 4PDT 
PTT Relay.

Like many, I have accumulated a lot of PC power cords.  Cut off the PC end 
and they are fine for transmitters up to 100 watts or so.
