[Johnson] Push to talk mod relay for Johnson Ranger

I'm with Dee. If I get a Ranger with the stock push to talk mod I take
it out. High voltage in unexpected places like a microphone cable is a
really bad idea. There are many other things wrong with the stock PTT
mod but that's number one.
