Dave you are correct . and that is one of the things that CW has done for 
over 60 years. it has made people work for the fun of being a ham. yes a 
few bad ones got thru but not like today i say we get 2 good hams for every 
6 new ones. i hate to say that but the bands talk for theirselves. For 
years they have made it EZer every few years for you to get a ticket. no 
work any more had has not been since a guy and Dave Bash came on the 
horzion. now it is but the question and answer book mark out the wrong 
answers (they tell you which one is correct) and that the new guess tests.. 
i have been at ve testing where guys have taken the test 3 and 4 times.
