That is correct BUT requiring it has been the dividing line between the 
good buddies and amateurs.
also if you care to check the figures all the down grading that has been 
done in the past few years has not increased out numbers . most of those 
who have been given their ticket with the new muilt guess test and dumber 
test questions have not renewed their tickets. so now we are going to just 
give the ticket away next is get a ticket with your new kenyascom 2 mt ht.
