[Johnson] 866/3B28 Solid State Replacements

Gents:
I *HIGHLY* recommend this item. Valiants have been
prone to failing on that 5 VAC filament section of the
3B28/866 rectifier. With 5 VAC at how many amps demand
combined with the high voltage current stress, I don't
see how these units could last with such stuff
stressing that winding. If you take this stress off
the transformer, you'd definely lessen the power
demand by several watts and lessen the stress off of
that winding. My "Cal J" seal of approval!
