Jon:
I sincerely doubt that anyone would try to sue you for
some fault of in the Ranger. The nearest analogy I
think that can exist is do you know of anyone who has
sued a previous owner of some classic car for some
mechanical defect? I've been doing ham radio and cars
for several years now and I've yet to hear anyone come
up with a hair brained suit as that.
Incidentally, I'm going through law school right now
but haven't reached products liability yet. I'm sure
that's a topic I'll be more keen on when it comes
nigh.
